Hi there, I'm Ewan. 

I'm a former Bank executive and I regularly offer tips, advice and perspective to those developing in their careers. I have been fortunate to have received lots of advice and ideas throughout my career and whenever I've said thank you, one of the most repeated responses has been "pay it forward".
